September

Well we have been here for 2 months now! I apologize for not updating the blog, I just keep forgetting and we dont have any interesting photos. Below are a couple, but nothing exciting! We have gone to a party at the marine house and played volleyball, have now designated one night a week as PY night where one of Ryan's colleagues will come eat dinner with us, Ryan drove for the first time!, and I'm still looking for a job. Ryan drove to Ikea last week...that was interesting! We were pulled over by a cop for driving on a road that is only for taxis and carriages, so very exciting! Lindsey is still taking German classes every day and next weekend we are going to Salzburg for Lindsey's birthday. All in all things are going great, we are still just trying to get used to living here. We will try to take some great pics in Salzburg to go on the blog. We are hoping to go on the Sound of Music tour!! That will be great.

This is the Volkstheater, one of many theaters in Vienna! This one happens to be a 4-5 minute walk from our house.
This is Duchess' bathroom behind our apartment...look at the million signs in th garden.
Here is a close of view of these signs, which basically say pick up your dog poop! One morning we walked outside and there were about 30 of these signs in the 1/2 acre park...it kind of makes you want to leave the poop because that many signs is really obnoxious...crazy Austrians

Now this is a piece of ham...and you are probably wondering why in the world this is here, well I just want you to know how ridiculously expensive Vienna is. This little chunk of ham cost me 5.54 Euros! That is about $7.80 US dollars...so basically that is insanely expensive. Ahhh..Vienna.

Lindsey, I think this is the perfect opportunity to go vegetarian. Now, granted, I am not a veggie, BUT, I love them, and they are much cheaper than... HAM.
